Getting Here

Nashville International Airport

For those traveling to Nashville by air, the best airport to fly into is Nashville International Airport (BNA).

Airport Shuttle Service

The Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center is just a little over 8 miles from the airport and offers an airport shuttle service for $19 one way or $30 round trip. The airport shuttle service runs every 30 minutes from 5 am to 11 pm. When you arrive at the airport, look for the Gaylord Opryland Welcome Desk on the lower level of the airport between the two escalators - an agent will be available to assist you with your travel plans and purchasing a ticket for the shuttle. When departing the hotel, the shuttle leaves from the Magnolia Shuttle Canopy and Cascades Shuttle Canopy.

Parking

If you are traveling by car or will be renting a car during your trip to Nashville, parking is available at the hotel for $29 daily or $38 daily for valet parking.
